The Queen's Jewels was founded in July, 2005 by Jan Hipp to create an atmosphere where jewelry shopping is enjoyable.  With a background in business, retail fashion, and image consulting, Jan's goal was to create a jewelry store with the customer in mind - a jewelry shopping experience that is warm, fun, and filled with exclusive, unique designs.  She invites you to come in and try on the latest styles.  You can then make a "Royal Wish List" making it easy for your family and friends to purchase surprise gifts for special occasions.  We also offer comprehensive jewelry repair services.  Our store also features a replica of the Fitzjames Throne where you can get your picture taken for fun and possibly become the "Queen of the Month."

 

Jan Hipp

Jan Hipp has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  She has completed classes from the Gemological Institute of America for her certification as an "Accredited Jewelry Professional".  She has 7 years of jewelry retail experience and several years of fashion apparel retail experience.  She has been an image consultant for over 13 years.

  Jan is an active member of Holy Trinity Church in Peachtree City where she has taught PSR classes and confirmation classes.  She has supported the Miss Starrs' Mill Pageant for several years and provides the Queen's crown each year.  She has been a member of a number of professional organizations including the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Jewelry Board of Trade, and a past member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.

 

Jimmy Wheeler

Jimmy Wheeler has over 30 years of experience as a bench jeweler and is experienced in all areas of jewelry design and repair.

 

In January of 2008, he joined The Queen's Jewels in Fayetteville as the full time on-site jeweler.
